Women Aren't Allowed to Fail
With men, they have the first impression is sort of set and they get a chance to prove themselves quite quickly. With women, what we're saying is you can be written off quite quickly on that first impression. And then it's going to be so much harder for you to prove yourself. So, there's this phenomenon called the glass cliff where women are more likely to end up in risky positions but less likely to be forgiven when they do fail.
