Microsoft's Opposition to the Geforce Deal
Xbox games chief Matt Booty had recommended once they acquired Bethesda to pull their games off of Geforce now, and that they'd already pulled their own ones. So obviously they don't want those games on next. They compete with their own streaming service. And then obviously you come to this year when regulatory pressure, particularly the CMA, have obviously blocked out over cloud concerns still. The EU was sort of hinting at cloud concerns as well. Microsoft went out and done a bunch of deals with cloud gaming companies like Boostroid and NVIDIA. But interestingly, the FTC kind of pulls these deals like irrelevant and the terms of them aren't very good.
