How to Buy a House in Cash

Once we paid off the last house and the student loans, and we're 100% debt free, my wife and I never had any attention to going back and debt. We were looking for a house that suited our future needs, but was also within our available cash budget. So it just that number fluctuated as far as what we're able to forward essentially, like week by week based upon some of our investments. And then what did what was the price point? Did you purchase that next one at?
