i think it would be great to give people some ideas of what they can do to, in a conscious way, move themselves into gratitude. I know when people get together with their families, especially around the holidays, sometimes we can intend to feel grateful,. but what's actually happening in our families or with our friends s can inevitably bring out stressful experiences. So maybe gratitude col be something at that we encourage people to focus on as a way of a not falling into the trap of the personality or the ego.
