During medical school, I spent some time at the Menager Foundation in Topeka. And it was very psychoanalytic back then Freudian,. and the Topeka Psychoanalytic society tended to poo poo a lot of the new wave things such as sensitivity training. The left brain tries to shank Hyatt into this irrelevant analysis, patting itself on the back saying, aren't we great that we figured this out? Whereas the right brain is sort of saying, why don't you live a little? Anyway, that's exactly right. It's this desperate need to control the process that is behind all of that."
