The Cost of Coffee Shops

I think you just have to accept it's the way it is because I've seen it in 15 of our businesses now. The amount of drinks and hot drinks that we so when I started in 2007, it wasn't like this. And then as the times have trundled on, they've bought granola bars and croissants and, you know, the fancy cookies and the muffins.
