Boris Johnson's Fine for Breaking the Rules During a Lock Down
Boris johnson has been fined 50 pounds for breaking the rules during lock down. He said that he's very, very sorry and also said, effectively, he won't resign. Though he's been shown to have broken the law, why wouldn't he stand down? Because ukraine affectinally hands conservative an excuse - they've had incompetent leaders before.
