How to Hire Effectively
Some companies, don't ne many names, but there's some companies where that's kind of their strategy. Iaveis a friend who has a pretty morbid view of this. His view is basically that you can't hire effectively. And so all you can do is fire effectively. But at the same time, i think this kind of like mechanical, you know, the slowest ten % we just leaf behind is is the wrong kind of motivation. It's ter it's the danger, it's thedanger of metric.
