How to Write a Research Plan

Once the brainstorming sessions yield concrete and testable research questions, I then draft a research plan. The research plan is typically approved by whichever product manager owns the product I'm researching. Once the research plan is solidified and approved, I do a mock of the research project. This is my chance to make sure that the project has a logical flow for both myself and users.
