The Importance of Collaboration in the Workplace
The system Facebook uses is foundationally dramatically different than the way the enterprise works. System initiative is really an attempt to figure out what would a truly collaborative DevOps system look like. And how would it impact the outcomes in a positive way if we had one? We've been like, hey, now that's a developer's responsibility to write security code,. Now it's this, now it's that. We don't actually collaborate with each other, we just sort of shove it over the wall in a different way.
