Is There a Road Map for Mental Health?

Leaders need to start by creating the credit of the case for change, enrolling leaders and winning hearts to minds. There's a whole bunch of micro interventions that need to happen beforehand, which is about building readiness. You can't really skip steps. So even if you know what the right thing to do is to kind of launch in at more of a a gold standard level, for maturity level, i don't think the organization is necessarily ready for that. But it might be the way tat you get that dialogue started in an organization.
