Is Milk a Natural Food?

68% of the world is lactose intolerant to some degree. It's very recent evolutionarily because I think it was something like a mutation in 25,000 years ago in India,. The ability for humans to digest milk above early childhood age came with it. We're unrivaled in terms of the level of protein that we have in our milks and just our supply chain. There are lots of oat milks out there, lots of different brands. But you've got to enjoy your food and choose something you can really work with. P-protein market set to be 178 million over the next five years.
