The next generation of federation is OpenID Connect, we're also known as OIDC. FIDO makes the authentication mechanism itself open so that no one vendor controls how it works. Passkeys are really very compelling because they avoid passwords. IDQL was designed to make the rules and the policies in all of the different cloud platforms on an East and West basis.
