Is Beta Alanine Effective for Hypertrophy?

There is a very large body of evidence suggesting that beta alanine is effective when you are doing purely anarobic, glycylitic sprint type exercise. But this study chips away at our confidence that it has a lot of utility in a typical hypertrophy program with the standard one or two minutes of rest between sets. So i'm not ready to say that beta alene is useless for hypertrophy or for the typicalhypertrophy programm but we don't yet have a definitive line where we say, these are t programming characteristics that make use of bata alanine and these are the programming characteristics at which it becomes useless.
