"It's sort of anti comedy funny. We get to make a lot of double entendre silly puns and jokes, which are funny," he says. "But ultimately at the end it's like, wow, this is crazy that the only offering for ladies is hyper sexualized." Pussud was resistant to let people become personalities within the company because in a business strategic way, they didn't want people to have leverage or ask for more money.
