Denein calls for a Risto-Populism in which the elite and the many each improve the other. Neither the elite nor the masses have all the answers, but together it is feasible to reach a political balance between high and low that will create a good society. We don't get an insight into how this new thing is going to be created; we instead get 80 pages of aspirational bromines.
