Is There a Need for These Tiny Houses?

A lot of folks are living in a quote unquote gray area where legally they're keeping their tiny house in a location that's not legally allowed. And so then it just kind of depends on whether their neighbors complain or whether the city ordinance comes around and asks you to move it or whatever. There's also the issue of insurance, how to ensure a tiny house, what's the cost of insurance on a tiny house? These are issues. But I'm not interested in sort of living that sort of rogue lifestyle of having to worry about whether or not you can have a tiny House in a spot or not.
