Can You Make a Speaking Challenge?

We'll do our listening and reading challenge first, three months. Then after that, we could do a speaking challenge. We'll all have to make conversation groups or find conversation partners. I think for most people, listening is the more difficult one. But sometimes I know how to say something, but not how to write it.
