Grimes is using body manipulation and plastic surgery not so much because she wants to look a certain way but more so as a weird kind of art art medium or like you know shining a mirror onto ourselves or whatever. I identify more with these women who are in just like a quiet prison of never really being sure how you look but needing knowing that something needs fixing at all times, says grimes.
