Don't Be Scared

There are parts of the brain that we share with our lizard ancestors. When we get scared, we don't want to feel ampathy toward the bear. Even if you are working 60 hours a week, can you take half an hour a week to update your resume? could you take 15 minutes a week to read a magazine from a trade that's not your own? Could you spend forty five minutes a week installing rails with dan stetorial and picking up enough rails to have a new skill? The answer is not.
