What are some fiction books you would recommend starting with or fiction works that could really grasp us and help us understand the medium we love so dearly? Jones: Anything by Jonathan Franzen, he's a master; his most recent book called Crossroads is if you want to really get a deep understanding of the interiority of a human being.
