How Do I Capture All My Insights?

Leo: My best insights just come up when i'm in the shower or i're in the car, or something like that. How do i capture them? So i've been working on this problem for years now. One of the solutions is to inundate every area of my house with a plenty of pens and plenty of postet notes so i'm never found wanting for one.
