Unworldly Pleasant Feelings
We experience unworldly pleasant feeling in states of concentration where the mind is secluded from unwholesome states. Dipama once sat in an absorbed state for three days and said, the buddha could stay in that state for seven days. We would take refuge at last in what muninga used to call the worldling's highest pleasure. Sleep becaus sense, pleasures don't have that power. And we may not be sitting i samadi for three days in a row, but we've all touched the happiness of generosity and of the non harming.
