The bigger the organization, the more challenge it is to get people to go along with the plan. Having an all-in-one solution for benefits and payroll is really critical because you don't want to have to bring in-house benefits and payroll folks at this early stage. It's one thing I would recommend early stage like five people just get on a PEO. Most people probably already know that at this point.
