A lot of people's mental model and how they view the world is based around them feeling as good as possible. "I have always tried to base my mindset around absolute competence regardless of how I feel," he says. There are days where being pissed off or happy doesn't cross his mind, but that can be seen as a downside if you don't take responsibility for your own life. He adds: "Whatever mood I'm in, I need to work"
