The Humble Petition Overture

We're not trying to rewrite a section in the BCO we're just trying to make a declarative statement. This particular overture has been changed somewhat and we think made better so all right i think this might be an appropriate time to talk about the the humble petition overture I need to get it up on the screen but i think you all know what i'm talking about. It would be a humble petition to basically the federal government and state governments uh to cease and desist with um well for one of a better phrase because we don't accept all the premises.
