The High Savings Ratio in China

I think one could script a way out and say that there's nothing noble about the high savings ratio in China. And then we affix silly cultural prejudices and the like to these things as well. With all of the early infrastructure investments, I mean, they truly have built centers of excellence here. The productivity has started beyond imagination from profoundly low levels to where they are today.
