Is Blockchan Technology a Block Chain?

Blockchan is a new way to transfer ownership of property. The technology could be used in the future for 'wash trading' - when people go home and do something they know will benefit them, but no one else knows about it. Malse says he doesn't think that there's any such thing as wash trading at this point. He thinks what blockchan is doing is just trying to get people to start o in the stuff a little faster.
