And i think a preferred approach to that is we want to minimize the loss of lean mass, or fat free mass, that occurs during the cut. So just cut once and do it right. Get down to a body fat where where you feel good in terms of your health, your performance, your body image. Then bulk from there. Transition into a muscel building phase and be committed to that bulk for the long haul.
