Optimism in the Housing Market

The housing market has been... I mean, look, during the pandemic we saw it really impacted. But at some point, the trees can't grow to the sky. And I think things will hopefully start to teeter off a little bit. We're not going to have a recession. Seven percent interest rates have not seemed to do anything to residential housing.
