I found a tremendous amount of energy out of that in certain stages of a race as well. It really kind of differentiates between situation there too. We have more ability, more capability and better human performance across the board. I remember running the New York City Marathon when I was having a hard time at around 18 miles. There was this guy, the spectator in the middle of the road who was just, he was pretty high. And it sort of gave me a momentary pause away from this vicious cycle I was stuck in. So yeah, you're right, that can, that can sometimes happen. But I would recommend that people learn to do that on their own internally. Go somewhere
