In the scene where moses encounters the burning book ush, he's been nowt according to the story, forty years since he's left egypt. So did it happen exactly like he says? We don't know for sure. But he was the guy that was there. It would be like a reading a book by whitley streber who wrote the communion about his alien abduction. This is the same with moses.
