Yarrow is one that you should not actually be using if during pregnancy so yeah it is compatible with breastfeeding however. If your husband's allergic to ragweed or anything in that estuary CF family then he may be allergic to chamomile not everybody but you know it's kind of one of those I definitely want to pay attention to.
