In early June, voters in Wallowa County, Oregon, narrowly voted to require its commissioners to explore relocating Idaho borders. Wallowa joins 11 other counties in the conservative eastern part of the state that have voted to explore changing the state's borders. That's 12 counties total in Oregon that have now organized and voted to at least explore changing their borders. The ballot measure passed by seven votes, the most recent one.
