I think that the nearly three years that I spent in a hyperscale biotech startup was very very essential at two levels one is for me to build models and earn secrets about the industry right what is the industry is you know biases their privileges and their prejudices. And learning how the industry ticks and building the skills necessary to operate in that industry so being able to put the hat of someone that can do clinical development commercial development or R&D. Even if I did we wouldn't have come as far as we did in the four years at Enveda as we have today with another company.
