I love working with all mentees. I think that it's really just great to work through your class with another person. Some of the people that I am mentoring are like veteran teachers. So all that I really have for them is perspective on the model. And so it's just a thought partner relationship. That's very cool. Oh, that's cool, so you actually started implementing before you did the mentorship program. Yes, I was like four or five months in by the time she did the Mentor Program. Wow, that's really cool.
