"I've got four kids and my wife and we will do like do toasts for each other at the end of each day. We have some good rituals around this but as soon as the dinner is over my kids are just like gone," he said. "The next day they're gone like ninjas again." He added that it wasn't until his old store took grace added just a particular kind of music to the occasion that it became like karaoke.
