The project is to do a series of documentaries about amazonian traditional medicine and the current state. Ad actually developed a digital or very uscan all the specimens in the arbarium. There are about a hundred thousand specimens in the abarium. Only half of them re evan, mounted and classified. A lot of em are still in their original collection bags. We've got the notes for it. But that's going to be a huge project. And we're trying to raise enough money to upgrade the arbaria. Itota very good funding. Its in need of health. The world needs this knowledge. You're not going to be around forever.
Dennis McKenna is the founder of the McKenna Academy and has conducted research in ethnopharmacology for over 40 years.
