The Gospel Is Not a Trial, but a Promise
Paul is able to be a conduit by which God makes his presence known. He puts himself at serious risk where he basically turns the sailors in and says, listen, they're trying to escape,. But I'm telling you right now, if they get away, everyone's going to die. It's a powerful and profound picture of God's presence being manifested through this person.
