Is There an Opportunity to Be the Leader?
Right now is still a great opportunity to be the leader and disrupt your industryal arena. What we need is bold leaders who move into those spaces. It's not about creating just financial returns for investors and owners. This is more value creation for customers, for society. The human cost of a company laying off tens of thousands of people is too big. We have to help these abolished companies re invent themselves so we can create job security,. So that's why i believe in this move. And companies will, i believe, and this is maybe the positive attitude, i like to be a bit more positive than negative, i believe companies will change their attitude after this by lot.
