Is Section 230 Too Widely Used to Allow Discrimination?

Justice Clarence Thomas has raised the issue of whether Section 230 is being interpreted too broadly. The court may consider that question next year when it hears a net choice case. Marianne Wertheimer says she's concerned by Justice Thomas' focus on section 230 C2, which protects companies from civil liability if they take down content people find objectionable. She says Big Tech exerts too much influence over whose voices get amplified and have been quick to censor conservative voices.
