Could It Be Used to Challenge the 20 24 Election?

This is a strategy, a theory that really doesn't exist. It was made up for reasons that are too difficult to even comprehend. But it has already been put forward as a defence and saying that this is why we had the state legislatures were going to appoint the slate of electors. The answer to that is yes. Could it be used to challenge the 20 24 election? And the answer is clearly yes. I don't know whether a constitutional amendment is necessary, or whether a federal law is necessary - but something has toput us out of our misery with the independent state legislature.
