The Difference Between Winning the Case and Replacing Your Client's Interest
i was shocked, frankly, by how few of the hypotheticals came up at argument. I think it's like 30 % of people who contract abola die. And so to have the opportunity to go to find major question doctrine at the court is really tempting and to push them on that. A, but on the other side, i thought it was interesting that there's a difference between winning the case and representing your clients interest.
