Lewis's Low View of Imagination
Lewis had a lower view of imagination after the great war, but it is still kind of high. He thought it was terribly valuable all his life. It's what makes us human and not just an angel or demon. But god used it in a spiritual way to bring him to himself. So it's not low it's just not this ultra spiritual high estate of the spiritual life.
