Intermittent fasting is an interesting via negativa sort of activity instead of adding just adding more exercise or adding a really complex diet that's hard to remember people just restrict their eating to a certain small window of time during the day. By skipping breakfast and making sure you don't eat again after dinner you can lose a bunch of weight where you have actually not added anything to your life. We need to train our minds to avoid adding things to our lives that will become negatives later, he says. He experienced this in kind of a somewhat different realm when his wife and I lived in an RV for four years.
