In your book, you cover Occam's razor and cognitive heuristics. You touch on the idea that if a hypothesis flies in the face of exceedingly well established evidence, its likelihood of being true would be much smaller than the likelihood of one that didn't. Carl Sagan actually was the popularizer of this quote: "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence"
