In any field of human endeavor, it's possible to look at it in terms of theory and practice. In the case of true spirituality, that becomes very difficult to address the theory because spirituality is about the nature of reality. Spirituality is about what is actually here and the way it's actually here. And this is discoverable and recognizable.
