The Importance of Scale in the Market
When you take the overall cost to run a Komote hedge fund, I would say to run anything below $250 million is probably too small. In many cases, you can be one half to two. It all depends on how many people you have actually trading and how many Komotes. But I think a good sweet spot for the Komote from my angle and my view is between $1 to $2 billion.
