Is There Anything You Can Do to Reduce Inflammation?
Many illnesses, and I think probably most of us are aware of this, are caused due to information. And there aren't naturally and very often inexpensive remedies. Sunshine again, vitamin D reduces inflammation. Just 15 minutes a day, exercise reduces inflammation. We can try to reduce stress, we can spend time in prayer and meditation. Many of us have forgotten the fact that we have forgotten how to have fun.
