The Spirit of Restfulness Is on Offer for You

Many people don't sabbath simply because, with all due respect, they are too lazy, or because it's just too much work. But notice the irony of hebrews that last line. Let us therefore make every effort to enter that rest. Make every do everything in your power to live from this spirit of restfulness. It is how we practise for the best moments of our life as a whole. And beware of any teaching in the church that wants to allegorize the literal and literalize the allegorical. Just be a little wary. Doesn't mean it's wrong.
